I have absolutely no idea what to post on the blog. And by describing my problem I have solved it. So now you know what to say when you have no idea what to say. Like me. (Not anymore though). Never be speechless again. (Unless you have used this line so much it isn't interesting anymore).

SRYYYY I FORGOTT T.T

so this is my post...

Why did Mr. Burn’s helper from the Simpsons change colors? In the first episode he appeared to be black, only to turn yellow later on. The creator, Matt Groening explained that and a few more interesting Simpsons facts.

Smithers, Mr. Burn’s helper on the animated show The Simpsons began his way in Springfield as a black man, Smithers already appeared in the 3rd episode of the first season in 1987 where he was drawn as a black man. At his next appearance he was painted yellow, like the rest of the characters.
Was this change deliberate? Matt Groening claims it was just a mistake: “Smithers was never black, he was always yellow. This was a one time mistake in the coloring process.” Said in an interview for TMZ while owning around 28 emmy awards for the show. He claims they couldn’t fix it due to their low budget.
Groening was asked why are the characters yellow and replied: “It was done so they won’t seem like anything seen on television (maybe besides spongebob).” He also explained why they all have 4 fingers – “Its easier. Painting 5 fingers requires a lot of pencil work.”
Simpsons 28 seasons began at 28 of September 1987, as short bits on the Tracey Ullman show. After 3 seasons it grew to 30 minutes episodes as a prime time TV show that started on christmas, 17 of December, 1989. Since then a movie was released in 2007 and made over 527 million dollars.

zahins post

zahin's post

hi guys sorry for the late post.

This is a nice ginger stray cat (keep in mind that this isn't my cat). He visits us often and we welcome him as a guest. His name is BonBon (a very weird name imo).
Around a few years ago, he visited us for the first time. My mom freaked out but later on, since we were cat lovers we decided to let him come and go as he pleases.

He is a smart cat. Since he is a stray cat, we did not toilet train him. Instead, he would wait at the front door for us to open it, so he can go outside and take a poop. For some reason he already could do this the first time he came in. If we are sleeping, he would climb on our faces and wake us up to let him out so he can poop. He is a cute cat, and likes boxes and cozy places. He also does not have fleas or mites or whatever and is clean, even though he hangs outside a lot.

Some pictures, sorry if it's messy i dont know how to use this:

Awesome Show!

BBC Sherlock

An adaptation of Sir Author Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes in the Modern Day Universe in London.

A must watch, currently at 3 Seasons, with one New Year's special. Each Season has 3 episodes each, each episode lasting 1.5 hrs.  Plus, new seasons might be coming out!

It's fast-paced plot, a witty script written by a talented writer, Steven Moffat, famous for his works in Doctor Who, and some other guy, Mark Gatiss.

It's really good and there's only so many episodes you can watch so no matter who hooked you get on this show, you'll still have time for homework and many other things you do in your free time.

Also, the Sherlock fandom is great.

It's also very supportive of your studies...

The BENEFITS Of Video Games (PS4, XBOX)

It helps with spatial navigation, reasoning, memory and perception (shooter games)
Any kind of video game help children develop problem-solving skills and creativity.

Fun website to visit.

Firstly, I want to say sorry for late post.

Today I will be talking about a website which I found was quite interesting and if you are bored you can check it out.

The website is theuselessweb.com

Basically when you click on it it will bring you to a random website that has little or no meaning to it at all. Every website is random so if you chance upon the same one it will be rare.

My holidays

During the December holidays, I went to Melbourne, Australia. Amongst the trip, two of my favourite places were the penguin parade at Philip island and The Great Ocean Road. When my family and I was on our way down to catch the Penguin Parade, we managed to catch a lot of Australia's wildlife animals in Phillip Island. When we reached, we were really cold and excited. (as the wind was the strongest here in the whole of Melbourne, and ironically it was summer and it was 10 degrees, and my whole family was in short sleeves, as we thought that it would be very hot.) On our way down to the seating gallery, where we could catch the penguins come back from the sea after a day's hard work of finding food in the ocean, to feed their chicks. Along the way, we could see a few baby penguins awaiting their mother's arrival to feed them. We waited in the cold until it was roughly 6:00 pm Singapore time, where we managed to see the first sight of penguins coming back from the ocean. We were then told that the penguins are actually in their natural habitat and that the penguin parade organisation is actually helping to prevent humans from posing a threat to the penguins, without disturbing their environment. Meaning that the whole thing was natural. My family did not stay for a very long time, as the wind was getting stronger as the sky darkens. On our way back, we managed to see the mother penguins feeding one of their chicks. We also managed to hear both penguins communicate to one another. However, we were disrupted by the various people who tried to take pictures there. Photography and videography are strictly not allowed throughout the whole Penguin Parade, in order to protect the animals. The next day we went on to The Great Ocean Road. It was a 3 hours ride from the city and stopped for occasional sightseeing. However the wind became stronger the next day, so we seldom got off the bus in case we caught a chill, as we did not brought enough long-sleeve shirts. The Great Ocean Road is another natural place in Australia and a place with great significance in Australia. Along the Great Ocean Road there were many many beaches. One of the beach was scientifically proven that it has the freshest air in the world (although I don't smell any difference) Each sector of the beach had a specific name. And despite the cold weather, there were still some locals swimming and surfing in the ocean .__.  The scenery was truly extraordinary, and we occasionally spotted some koalas. The next place of interest along the Great Ocean Road is the 12 apostles. The 12 apostles are a natural rock sculpture, which is made from mainly waves, rocks, wind and rain. (Photos of them below). I realised that in Australia, their government preserved a lot of their natural environment. For instance they are able to keep the Great Ocean Road beaches and rock sculptures still equally nice and beautiful for such a long time. Unlike Singapore where the beaches are badly polluted. (ps sorry I don't have any photos of the penguin, as I wasn't allowed to take any photos)

My trip to India

I went to India during the December Holidays. I went to visit my grandparents who were staying in Mumbai, India. However, we also went to a city in North India called Kashmir. We decided to go there because we wanted to experience snow and Kashmir was a very beautiful place. So we went to Kashmir. We landed at the main town and it was already 8 degrees celsius. We went to other towns in Kashmir and the temperature was sub-zero so it was snowing. The snow was very thick and soft. My cousin, sister and I had a fun time playing in the snow. We also went on a horse ride climbing up a mountain and a gondola ride which was apparently the highest gondola in the world. My trip was fun. Below are some pictures of my trip to Kashmir.
